This is an unframed offset lithograph created from an original watercolor painting by Maryland artist Susan Avis Murphy, AWS; the original painting is in a private collection
This unique old stone barn, built by Isaac Holland in 1820, stands in Sandy Spring, Maryland near where I live. The historic brick house on the property is now home for local art shows and special occasions. Long ago, the daughter of Francis Scott Key went to school there. The estate is called Woodlawn and is now owned by the county.
Colors in this painting are easily matched to contemporary decors
The picture frames beautifully in a variety of different mat and frame choices
The image size of the print is 11.5 x 17.5 inches, with a 2 inch white border, and it will fit into an 18 x 24 inch frame
